Art Deco Sapphire and Diamond Cluster Ring

An unusual Sapphire and diamond cluster ring comprising a central circular head of 18 calibrated sapphires with white enamel bands. Surrounding are 20 old brilliant cut diamonds in a millegrain setting. We believe this to be an original cufflink that has been converted into a ring very successfully. Tested as 18 carat white gold.
