An unusual domed Edwardian sapphire and diamond cluster ring. A central old brilliant cut diamond flanked by eight old brilliant cut diamonds and four calibrated triangular cut sapphires. Fine quality millegrain setting tested as white gold head and 18 carat yellow gold shank.
